Spot repair

Cryns is constantly looking for new recovery techniques. One of the evolutions of recent years is SPOT repair. Where previously every part had to be disassembled, prepared, repainted and reassembled, today we are able to repair damage to the body on the spot.

SPOT repair means that the damage is locally filled with special paint in the same colour as the body. Damage to your bumper, mirror cover, roof, hood or boot lid? We fix it on the spot!

This way of repairing is more economical because we do not have to disassemble or replace parts anymore. Local repair also has the advantage to reduce paint consumption.  As a result, less waste material is created, which makes us more sustainable.

How we do it: 

• We professionally mask the area to be repainted
• We sand out the scratch
• We degrease with silicone remover
• We spray the surface with primer
• We sand and degrease again
• We apply car colour paint

• A spray booth is not necessary as we work as locally as possible so we do not have to spray adjoining parts.
