We try to distinguish ourselves by ‘cleaning up’ industrial buildings. We have several ongoing projects now where we want to:

Enrich the environment 

The existing building and soil get analysed in order to find solutions that the building and environment are in a durable relationship. This is what we call optimization of the location.

Enrich energy supplies          

We look at how we can implement renewable energy sources in that building. Here in Hasselt, we dream about bringing back to life this beautiful water tower!
